Hurrah For Gin & A New Tattoo #LittleLoves

It’s time for my third #littleloves post! I’m really enjoying taking part – it’s not been an overly exciting week here (as usual) but it’s not been bad! I’ve been making a conscious effort to read more which has really paid off and I added more artwork to my collection…

Read.

A few months back I treated myself to a copy of ‘Hurrah For Gin’ – a hilarious book written by fellow blogger Kate Kirby. I absolutely love this book – it has had me crying with laughter! If you haven’t read it yet – you must!

Watched.

The National Television Awards was on ITV on Wednesday and I let Mia stay up later to cuddle up and watch it with me – she loves all the pretty dresses and I love seeing my favorite TV stars win awards! Quality time with my little lady is always lovely.

Heard.

Mia’s new topic at school is transport, this week a lorry visited the school and it’s all I’ve heard about for days. Next week she’s going on a little school trip – you can imagine the excitement! It’s great to hear her so excited for learning.

Made.

Last Thursday I bit the bullet and got my fifth tattoo – a gorgeous forget-me-not piece on my right shoulder. Okay… I didn’t make it but it is classed as creative! I absolutely love it.

Wore.

Socks, socks, and more socks! Hasn’t it been chilly?! There is nothing worse than cold toes – the school run has been hard work this week!

And lastly…

Our Saturday was spent feeding the ducks, going to soft play and enjoying lots of family time… those kind of days are the best aren’t they?

Your tattoo is lovely. I’ve never been able to pin down exactly what I want so I’ve only got the one – well until I finally work out what else to get. Hope Mia has a lovely time on her school trip next week!

Totally gonna get my hands on that book, I’ve seen so many funny snippets on Facebook AND I love your new tattoo. I got my first a couple of years ago, think this year might be the year for my second x

Commenting on behalf of myself and Morgana this week: Oh yes Hurrah for Gin’s book was amazing. I loved it. I kept carrying it around and reading in between everything just to finish. I am excited for her next two books coming out. So lovely to see some amazing new blogs on Little Loves this year. Thanks for linking up. #littleloves
