September already… this year has flown by, don’t you think?
If your anything like me you’ve probably started to think about Christmas already, or perhaps you have a birthday boy/girl to buy for before then. Whatever the occasion, preparation is key at this time of year.
I love to buy gifts that not everyone will have, handmade pieces from small businesses or clever little gadgets that will be sure to amaze.
In collaboration with Uncommon Goods I’ve put together a collection of unique gifts for kids that they are sure to love. You can also find personalised gifts, stocking fillers and even gifts for friends there as well.
Kids find magnets fascinating. The Zip Zap Magnetic Block Set pictured above will provide hours of fun and is super cute too! Made from sustainably harvested wood and non-toxic materials in Honduras, Zip Zap is the ultimate educational toy.
My little girl would absolutely love this Design Your Own Doll kit! This kit comes with an organic cotton doll and everything she’ll need to create her very own doll with three outfits to choose from. For every doll your child creates, one is sent to an orphan or vulnerable child in need, how amazing is that?
Children can create fantastic shapes on the ground whilst exercising too with this Bike Chalk Trail Kit. There’s no need for paper and pens with this little contraption, the world is their canvas!
I know a little boy that would love a Space Pod Playhouse. Construct this cardboard masterpiece and allow their imaginations to take off into the galaxy.
And finally, what about this fantastic Little Patient? Inside this plush doll you will find various organs. With the accompanying booklet children can embrace biology from a young age. This little patient also has an embroidered posterior skeleton that teaches kids about how our bones keep everything together.
Have you begun Christmas shopping yet?
I hope these five unique gifts for kids have given you some inspiration!
